Dollhouse Elora Returns Policy
If an item arrives and you are not happy withy your choice please contact us for return information. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number as well as your order number to obtain proper and prompt credit.
We will advise you as to the shipping method to use when returning an item. All returns must be clearly marked RETURN and must be sent back to us through the postal system.
Items that are received with customs and duty owing will not be accepted and will be returned to you, so please be sure to mark them properly before sending back.
The Dollhouse Elora strives to offer you the highest quality products at the best possible prices. Your satisfaction is very, very important to us.
However, sometimes mistakes can happen, it might be that you ordered the wrong size of an item, or that something arrived and was not what you had thought it would be. Or maybe the item met with misfortune enroute....whatever the case, we will try our best to make things right!
A damaged item, will be replaced free of charge by us, just be sure to let us know immediatley upon receipt of the goods. If the packaging is noticeable damaged, we may want you to take photographs so that we can recoup our losses with the shipping company.
If an item arrives and you are simply not happy with your choice, size, color, etc. let us know. We want you to be pleased, and will accept returns (please call or email us first for authorization). We don't charge a handling or restocking charge, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
